Subject: Daily Tip from Dottie

Pay attention to the frequency on which you are living each day.  Are you in low levels such as disappointment, sadness?  It is okay to feel whatever you are feeling.  The trick is NOT to stay there.  Notice what it is showing you then move to a better feeling place and keep moving up the emotional scale.
