What do you feel right now?  Ask yourself that throughout the day.  Can you be okay with whatever you feel?  It’s okay to be angry, feel sad or be upset.  It’s when you resist them that they build up inside of you.  Just acknowledge them.  Allow them to be and they will move on. The truth is whatever you feel.
