Subject: Daily Tip from Dottie

How can you be okay with “what is?”  Notice how your judging mind wants to take over.  Take a moment to listen to what you are saying is good or bad and ask yourself if that is the truth.  Keep asking until you can hear something for each side so you can be okay with what is.
