Pay attention to what you are filling your mind with, and how it makes you feel.  If you are feeling joyful, then you are adding things to your life that are loving and meaningful to you.  If you are in a state of anxiety, overwhelm or anger, you are adding more fear to your life.  Allow God to guide you to a better feeling place.
