 On a scale of 1 -10, 10 the highest, where are you on accepting yourself - your strengths, weaknesses, past and present?  Start today doing 1 more loving thing for yourself.  Is that being kinder with the words you use to speak to yourself?  Is it allowing you to speak your truth?  Is it forgiving yourself?
