Subject: Daily Tip from Dottie

Think of the commitments you made this week including those to yourself.  How many did you follow through on?  How many did you ignore of those made to yourself like not eat that bread, or I’m going to the gym and didn’t?  Realize the message you are sending when you don’t follow through on your commitments.
