Subject: Daily Tip from Dottie

Your beliefs hold you in a box.  Notice where you don’t have something you want.  You have beliefs that are holding you back.  Write down all the beliefs you have about what you want - it takes lots of hard work, I can’t have what I want, Not in this lifetime.  Don’t judge, just write.  Then, slowly work to reverse or let go of those because they are no longer serving you.
