It’s helpful to reflect on the beliefs and thoughts you have to clear out ones that no longer serve you. Like do you want to be right or be happy? If you have a belief you always want to be right. Ask why is being right so important to you. Is it your way of being valued? Note how it is serving you to want to be right. Could this be the time to shift that to something else you’d rather be?
