Chronic and persistent stress is what causes the adrenal system to derail. Awareness is the first step to change. First, note where the stress is coming from. Then, begin creating a plan that could shift some of it. Is it meditation or taking walks in nature? Writing in a gratitude journal? What could help you see another way so you can free yourself of some of the stress?
