Notice how you are feeling each day. Ask yourself how do you want to feel. Then make sure your choices are ones that would add more of that feeling to your life. Do you feel better when you watch your tv shows? If not, begin changing what you are watching. Who are you surrounding yourself with? Do you feel better or worse after you have talked or been together? Add more of those people who lift you up. Spend less time with those that drain your energy.
