What tools and resources do you have to help you recover when you hear some bad news? Think about the internal and external ways you have. Journal, meditate, prayer, seeking guidance from God or friends, be in nature. Know you have what it takes to make it through even though at the time it might not feel like it. The need is to feel in charge, empowered rather than feel helpless or hopeless.
