AARP's September, 2016 Bulletin had an article about Keeping Your Brain Young by Staying Fit. They showed those who exercised over a 5 year period performed more like someone a decade younger on tests of memory and brain skills.  Their study age was on a group of 900 men & women with average age of 71.
