Subject: Daily Tip from Dottie

Most doctor’s appointments these days have something to do with too much stress in our lives.  How are you relaxing?  Relax even more.  Stop right now and lift your shoulders to your ears.  Drop them.  Take a deep breath.  Do that 4 more times and notice how much lighter you feel.  Try to do that a number of times each day when you notice you are tense.
