What
if you began today noticing when you feel joyful?
Keep track of when you are
joyful. Make a chart at the end of the day of times you felt joyful. What was
it that made it that way?
Each day try to add to that feeling. Try to say
something like tomorrow you will do one more thing that you know makes you
joyful, like smile at people you come across. Before you know it, your life
will be full of joyful times.
