 Right now, what are you feeling?  Then, ask what’s the good in that.  Acknowledge your feelings and why they matter to you.  Even if it is sad or angry.  Allow all feelings to be there and let them pass on by once you have felt and dealt with them.  Don’t stuff them by denying how you are REALLY feeling.
