How are you feeling right now?  Is it on the upper portion of the emotional scale like positive expectation, appreciation?  If not, stop right now and shift that energy.  Whether it is breathing deeply, moving your body and saying gratitude that you can, or noticing all that is happening on your behalf.  Keep checking in with yourself throughout your day on how you are feeling so you are able to experience better feelings.
