What are you feeling? Own it. Accept that is what is right here. Don’t make yourself wrong about what you are feeling. I know you might have been taught it’s wrong to acknowledge how you feel. But, it’s healthy. It’s unhealthy to be in resistance, you stay stuck and your body pays for it. Allow and let whatever you are feeling to be there and to pass on by like a cloud. ~ Dr. Dottie Hager
