Subject: Daily Inspiration

Being healthy is a choice by choice of what is right for you right now.  If you haven’t exercised, find some small way to move your body, not walk 2 miles and then not do it again.  Choose 1 good thing to eat each meal, then choose 2 after you are aware of what is healthy for your body.  Small steps done over time make lasting change.  Just begin.
