Subject: Daily Inspiration

Think about what three (3) things will light you up.  Think about ways you can begin adding them to your life.  Don’t go to big, dramatic changes, think 1% more.  Like if you want more peace in your life, can you add 5 minutes of meditation or sitting still each morning?  If you want more love in your life, say a gratitude prayer in the morning and end of the day for the things you loved about your life.  Acknowledge over and over.
