Subject: Daily Inspiration

 Let today be an hour by hour of gratitude.  Put a reminder in your phone so it will ding each hour.  Say 3-5 or more things you are grateful for each hour.  Notice how you feel.  See how you receive more of what you are acknowledging.  Take the gratitude even further by naming WHY you are grateful for whatever you say.
