100% Merlot hand-picked from a tiny 2ha vineyard of 40 year old vines owned by Julien Mingot since 2013.
Minimal use of new oak gives the wine structure, nobility and flavor.
The top vintage 2018 resulted in an opulent wine with perfectly ripe tannins, which is pleasantly smooth even in its youth. Juicy dark fruits and a hint of licorice can be found in the long-lasting finale. A remarkable right bank Bordeaux at a very fair price.
