The wine fermented in stainless steel autoclaves at controlled temperatures to preserve some natural CO2. Malolactic was blocked and the wine was transferred to stainless steel tanks until bottling.
A pale yellow color with aromas of fresh florals, citrus and melons with hints of almonds. An elegant, medium-bodied wine with crisp acidity, good complexity and a lingering finish.
