Subject: We have uncorked a little gem in Burgundy!

Our go-to Pinot Noir, 'Les Maisons Dieu' hails from the site of an old hospice structure dating back to the 10th century and produces wines worthy of the Pommard appellation. Moissenet-Bonnard’s vineyards are some of the finest in the appellation and his wines are highly and consistently praised in the French press.

This is Pommard in a nutshell: generously rich, masculine in structure, with brawny tannins and notes of forest floor and pinesap mingling with the darkly carameled black currant fruit. Jean-Louis bottles his wines unfiltered and they will gain further complexity with age, but are generous now.
