Subject: 🇦🇹This One is Hard to Resist! More Please!🇦🇹

For centuries, the Groiss family has grown grapes in Austria’s largest wine-growing region, Niederösterreich (Lower Austria), and more specifically in the northern subregion of Weinviertel.

Weingut Ingrid Groiss operates as a true small family business with Ingrid at the helm, her father helping with tractor work, and her mother assisting in the vineyards.

The Gemischter Satz is a wine from different grape varities that are grown together in one single vineyard (of more than 60-year-old vines and planted by Ingrid's Grandmother). The grapes grow together, are harvested together, and eventually are all processed together. This is the most traditional way of planting in Austria.
