On the palate it is an excellent definition of the elegance of this variety, full of fruity aromas of dried blackberry, cherry, figs and prune. Fine texture, wrapped in silky tannins and a long, polished finish.
The vineyard resides above Neumarkt in the South Tyrol area of Alto Adige. This area has always been known as "Pinot Noir Heaven" and one of the best places in Italy for growing this challenging variety. The estate’s high elevation faces the afternoon sun, making it ideal for cultivating some of Italy’s best Pinot Noir.
