Dominik Huber of Terroir al Limit is redefining modern Priorat with his approach to winemaking. All of the vineyards are worked biodynamically and the red wines are vinified with whole clusters and aged in large 1200 and 3500 liter foudres instead of the standard 225 liter barrel. This lets the fruit shine through and delivers a level of elegance not often found in the warm region of Priorat. With no exaggeration, Terroir al Limit is one of the names that are defining Priorats in the 21st century. All of the Terroir Al Limit wines are extremely limited.
