Farming organically since 2001, Romain’s approach is very hands-off. Fermentation occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts and the wines are bottled without fining or filtration. The attractively vibrant and more mineral-inflected medium-bodied flavors are shaped by relatively fine-grained tannins that shape the slightly more complex and persistent well-balanced finish. This is an excellent Gevrey villages and recommended.”
