1 sixpack 2004 Cambrico Tempranillo $390 6pack 1 magnum 2004 Cambrico Tempranillo owc $135 Rated 92 by Josh Raynolds, Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar. “Deep, bright ruby. Blackberry and cherry-vanilla on the pungent, oak-spiced nose. Sweet, sappy and expansive, offering deep dark berry flavors lifted by juicy acidity. Exotic floral and spice notes gain strength with air and carry through a very long, seamless finish. Distinctly modern but I find it delicious.”

1 magnum 2004 Cambrico Rufete $145 original wood case Certified organic, they follow biodynamic practices and encourage the native flora and fauna. Centuries-old vines, the red grape Rufete could very well be described as a Spanish version of Pinot Noir due to its lightness, delicate floral notes and mineral character. The wines are incredibly fresh, delicious, organic expressions of the beautiful Sierra de Francia.

1 double magnum 1997 Palacios Finca Dofi Priorat $225 Alvaro Palacios is one of the founding fathers of modern era Priorat, and his Finca Dofi is based upon primarily Garnacha and roughly 5% Cariñena. Like his L’Ermita, Dofí combines power and richness with great breed and finesse. In most Priorat tastings that do not include L’Ermita, Dofí is the clear winner.
