The Un-chillfiltered Collection, Speyside
Chill-filtering is a process to remove the majority of fats and oils that occur naturally in the malt. This independent bottling is non-chill filtered to maximize the natural flavors and textures of the particular cask, vintage, and terroir!

Founded in 1894, Longmorn single malt promises a wonderfully fruity and expressive honeyed malt with sweet cereal flavors that lingers long on the palate.

Gold color, light and waxy sweetness on the nose, with flavors of flower and dried herbs. The finish is of sea salt and spice.

Glenburgie is one of Scotland’s oldes distilleries and known for producing malt for Ballantine blends.
Amber color, nose of toasted oak and candied citrus. Supple vanilla and citrus fruit flavors with a spicy finish.

Inchmurrin is produced at Lock Lomond.
Light amber color with orange and candied apricot nose and marmalade, fresh mint palate. Spice and ginger lingering.

Signatory has once again managed to unearth a cracking whisky from one of Scotland's most sought after distilleries. A couple of drops of water really opens it up.
Light amber color, a nose and taste of oranges, raisins, toffee and spice. Fruity and warm spice finish.
