With the tenth generation at the helm, the Fouassier family is one of the oldest wine grower families of Sancerre. The estate-owned vineyards are 100% organic and hand-harvested. The wine is aged in barrels from ancient oaks coming from the Bertrange Wood, near Nevers, France, for 10-15 months. A real Gem!
