Sag Harbor Rum

The rum is distilled from Sugar Cane juice 5 times in small pot stills to achieve a very pure rum, then it's aged in old bourbon barrels for the better part of a year. During the aging process it is infused with a number of fruits and spices to create a nice amber rum.
This unique combination is inspired by the practice of old whaling ships storing the rum in barrels that had previously been used for coffee, exotic spices and fruit. The result is unusually smooth rum, or what we like to call “a sipping rum”, that is perfect to drink neat, on the rocks or in a wide variety of cocktails.
