95% Mouvedre. This rouge is deep purple, almost black, with aromas of dark raspberries and cassis. It is extraordinarily rich with stunning depth of fruit and soft supple, ripe tannins. The structure enables this to age for decades, but the balance and style of the wine will make it very approachable young. The finish lasts well over a minute.
