The François Millet estate was founded in the 1930’s by two brothers, Bernard and Pierre Millet. At first, it was just a simple farm with vineyards, crops and cattle. Today, the 45 acres estate solely focuses on producing Sancerre wine under the direction of Nicolas Millet, the 5th generation of the family.
Salmon Pink with a whiff of fresh berries, cherry and chalky minerality. Raspberry and unripe cherry flavors followed by a bright acidity and a long mineral finish. Hungy for sushi? Oysters? Salmon tartare? or better yet, a crab cake! We are salivating already! |
