The 2014 vintage is being touted as one of Oregon’s finest and it really shows here — great complexity, depth and outstanding fruit with the backbone to age.
Limited release, so don’t linger!
As the owner and winemaker of the famed Domaine Meo-Camuzet, Jean-Nicolas Meo’s path to Oregon’s Williamette Valley first went through the great Grand Crus of Burgundy where he tutored under Henri Jayer and then spent nearly 30 years making wines from legendary vineyards like Richebourg, Clos de Vougeot, and Echezeaux. In 2012, inspired by a long-held interest in the quality and potential of Oregon’s Pinot Noirs, Jean-Nicolas Meo partnered with his good friend, Jay Boberg, to found Nicolas-Jay in the Willamette Valley.
