- Made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes grown in Grande Champagne, distilled and aged at Maison Tessendier
- Aged a minimum 10 years; 1 year in medium char, new European oak, then transferred to used casks
- Dried apricot, toffee, cocoa, and orange oil on the nose transition to a full-bodied palate of red apple skin, ginger, and plum with a whisp of eucalyptus before finishing with white pepper and faint vanilla
