Lovely California blend of Tocai Friulano from Mendocino, Riesling from Arroyo Seco, Verdelho from Suisun Valley, Sauvignon Blanc from Potter Valley, and Muscat from Suisun Valley. Each variety was fermented individually in stainless steel tanks without native yeast and kept at a cool fermentation temperature.
The result is a fresh easy drinking aromatic white with good acidity and some mineral character.
