William Chris sources grapes from the state’s two main American Viticultural Areas (AVAs), the Texas High Plains and Texas Hill Country. The wine is naturally sparkling and bottled before primary fermentation, with no added yeasts or sugars. It's a testament to the creativity and innovation right now of the wine industry in Texas.
