Sisters Elisabeth and Marie-Laurence Saladin run the family business which has been passed down from father to son since 1422! Old Cinsault and Grenache Noir by ‘saignée’ (draining) and cold pre-maceration, depending on the vintage. With 40 year old vines tended to in a natural way and is chemical-free and certified organic from day one. “Tralala!” is light-hearted, a ‘jester’s wine’!
