Proper No Twelve Irish Whiskey $35 bottle
Founder, Conor McGregor, the first UFC fighter to hold belts in two weight divisions simultaneously, searched for a place and people that shared the same passion for Ireland and its whiskey. He found this at the oldest whiskey distillery on the Isle of Ireland (Bushmills) in Ulster. Along with his master distiller, Dave Elder previously of Guiness, he created a unique and special blend of sweet Irish grain and single malt Irish whiskey. Named after Crumlin, Dublin 12 neighborhood where McGregor was born and raised; they created a smooth balanced whiskey with hints of vanilla, honey-like sweetness and toasted wood aged at least 3 years in ex bourbon barrels.
