'Sfera'
is short for atmosfera ['atmosphere' in Italian]. This series will
feature a rotating cast of winemakers dedicated to making decidedly
drinkable liters of everyday Italian wines. Bing cherry, crunchy
cranberry, red raspberry. Drink with a light chill, preferably
outdoors.

Cala Niuru
is a blend of organically farmed Frappato and Nero d’Avola weighted
towards Frappato. It's fresh and drinkable with juicy herbal tones and
lots of red cherry fruit and earthy tannins. Delicious with a chill,
would pair well in the warmer months with any seafood dishes, cheese or
light meat dishes.
