2006 Gimonnet Champagne Special Club $95
100% Chardonnay from Cramant, Chouilly, and Cuis, made from older vines and a large portion of Grand Cru fruit. Absolutely fabulous!

2009 Vilmart Champagne Grand Cellier d’Or $110
Founded in 1890 Vilmart is still a family-run house. Grand Cellier d'Or is 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from a single parcel in Rilly-la-Montagne – “Les Blanches Voies Bas,” over 45 years old. Like all of Vilmart's cuvees, this wine does not go through malolactic fermentation and spends ten months in 4-6 year old oak barrels. The current disgorgement spent over 50 months sur latte and was disgorged in December of 2011.
