Of course all of our readers know the historically-rich Drappier house, and we were glad and thirsty to be reacquainted with the wines yesterday. Charline Drappier came to the shop to pop some of their finest. It would be hard to find another Champagne with this complexity and pedigree at such a reasonable price. If you try to live each day to the fullest, then Champagne should be on the menu and with Drappier, you have no excuse!
