Subject: 🍷🍷Calling Gamay Lovers ~ Super Limited Production from The Pacific Northwest🍇🍇

The Color Collector’s Bethany Kimmel makes small amounts of gamay in a juicy, floral, thirst-quenching style.

Kimmel works gently and slowly, doesn't own a winery pump, opting instead for a traditional basket press.

During harvest, you can often find her awake at 4 a.m. plucking berries from their stems by hand.

Her wine production is small in size, but full of heart.

2022 The Color Collector Willamette Valley Gamay Noir
Color Collector's classic Gamay. The 2022 is the most elegant version yet. Gentle without lacking power, it is defined by bright, juicy red fruit and a precise acid and tannin structure.

2022 The Color Collector Gamay Noir Bjornson Vineyard Eola-Amity Hills
An electric energy and all the mouth-watering juiciness Gamay does best. Bright red fruit is held on a tightrope with crunchy acidity giving the wine levity and precision. It comes from one 500L puncheon barrel of Björnson Vineyard Gamay, so only 50 cases were produced

2022 The Color Collector Gamay Noir Columbia Gorge
After years of working with Gamay farmed in the rolling hills of Oregon's Willamette Valley, Kimmel began a new endeavor planting Gamay at 2,000 feet elevation on the Washington side of the Columbia River Gorge. Never stop exploring and always drink good Gamay!
