Sons of Beaujolais OG Georges Descombes, the boys naturally followed his footsteps. This wine is a bit of a twist on the Nouveau tradition, as it gets to rest a little bit longer in tank before bottling to settle and develop a little more complexity. The goal is always purity and freshness, but this extra rest allows the wine to develop a nice mineral undertone to keep it all balanced.
