- Rye whiskey distilled in both Canada and Indiana, blended and bottled in Kentucky
- Aged in a combination of ex-Martinique Rhum, Malmsey Madeira, and apricot brandy casks
- Evokes days and nights spent next to the ocean, complex in its sensory experience. Sun-ripened apricot and tarragon on the nose continue to a sweet and round palate where they are joined by apple, overripe pear, Amontillado sherry, fresh grapefruit, and rosehip—all focused with a sharp, rye backbone and a haunting finish full of salinity and daydreams of the seaside
