A classic, pure, terroir-expressive Irancy, which is near Auxerre and the grape is 100% Pinot Noir.

Traditionally made from vines with an average age of 30 years, though some plantings are over 85-years-old. The soils are clay limestone and while not certified, William practices biodynamic viticulture. Natural, whole-cluster fermentation using only indigenous yeast. This wine sees no new oak.
