Subject: ✧✦ 🍾 Precise, Gastronomic Champagne 🥂✦✧

Domaine La Borderie was formed when Jean-Louis and Odile Normand married and combined parcels of vines from both families in the southernmost part of the Côte des Bars, the Aube department. Now, two of their five children continue the work of the domaine, including a heightened focus on land stewardship.

The Rosé cuvee is from a single plot ("Douce Folie") of 50 year old vines of Pinot Noir from the Merrey sur Arce with an ideal southwest exposure and the prized Kimmeridgian soil. Made in the Saignee method, this bottling is only produced in superb vintages.
