Subject: D2000 Safety | COVID 19 Update

Similar to businesses all across the country, D2000 Safety has been profoundly impacted by the pandemic. We are fortunate in that we are all healthy and will be able to keep our team intact for the foreseeable future.

Here is how the pandemic is affecting our operations.

Training Projects:

When government policies allow, and we can ensure the health and safety of both our students and instructors, we will resume on-site training projects. (In special situations we have been able to provide in-person training and follow both the employer's and CDC recommendations, but this can pose several logistical challenges.)

Our open enrollment schedule has been adjusted with most classes being postponed until late summer. Class dates are subject to the re-opening guidelines being implemented in each region, so please check the current open enrollment schedule on our website for the most up-to-date information before making plans to attend.

Equipment and Book Sales:

Sales of rescue equipment and student workbooks will continue to be processed normally. Some manufacturers have informed us to expect longer lead and/or shipping times.

Standby Rescue Services:

We can provide standby rescue services for essential projects if we can ensure that the project can be done safely and in accordance with published guidelines and the clients’ policies.

Consulting and Technical Writing Services:

These services have not been affected by the pandemic. Projects that require a site visit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Like you, we are all looking forward to a time when we can return to some level of normalcy. If there is any way in which we can help your organization better protect the health and safety of your workers and families, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
