How are you doing today?

I hope you're body is tingling with good feelings from your workout yesterday / today or that you're amped for your training tonight.

Anyways, I just wanted to electronically invite you to a PTO Bootcamp workout I'll be teaching on the next 2 Saturdays.  You'll:

  • experience and learn a great Cardio-Core workout that you can do at home
  • earn cardio minutes towards your weekly goal
  • be coached so you know the workout will be tougher
  • train with peers so you know it'll be energizing and fun
  • burn & earn for your weekend splurge (you planned your splurge didn't you?)
  • peak for "date night"!
  • destress from the week and be able to relax better for your weekend
  • support the schools of some of our clients kids (Horace Mann, Franklin and Bowen).

The Workouts

7:30-8:30am, Saturday, September 22 @ B&G Club, 675 Watertown St, Newton Centre, MA  02460

7:30-8:30am, Saturday, September 29 @ Mackenzie Center, 1337 Centre St, Newton Centre, MA  02459

Action Steps

3.  Print out & bring a copy of waiver confirmation email to workout.

4.  Invite a buddy / fellow parent.

5.  Wear shorts, t-shirt and sneakers.

6.  Bring an exercise mat, water bottle & hand towel.
