That’s what Vanessa just texted me. She’s been having symptoms of vertigo, and wrote she was sick and I needed to come home. Marisa kindly will coach the 9am today and I’ll do a makeup at a later date. Please give Marisa a free pass as we talked through the workout but I never demonstrated it or trained her properly.
